PRODUCT QUALITY & RETURN POLICY

We ensure high-quality, natural products. However, if you receive a damaged product, customers must report it within 3 days of delivery. The following details are required for processing refunds or replacements:

  • Images of the damaged product

  • A short video showing the damage

  • Invoice image/PDF

Send these details via WhatsApp, email, or call. Refunds/replacements will be processed within 7-12 working days.

DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY POLICY

We collect customer data such as Name, Mobile Number, Address, Pin Code, and Email for marketing purposes. If customers wish to delete their data, they must notify us, and we will process the request within 12-15 working days.

  • This data is stored on Wix platforms.

  • Payment details are processed by third-party payment gateways like Razorpay and are not stored on our servers.

  • We do not sell customer data to any third party.

For customers under 13 years of age, parental consent is required. If a child enters personal data, guardians can request its deletion via email.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are shipped via Shiprocket, a third-party platform. A tracking link will be provided. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days, but we do not guarantee delivery timelines as they are managed by the shipping company.

If a customer is unavailable to receive the product, the failure of delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUND & REPLACEMENT

  • Customers can cancel an order within 24-48 hours for a full refund.

  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, a deduction of ₹70 will apply.

  • No return or replacement is provided unless the product is damaged.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a cancellation is initiated by us, the full amount will be refunded.
