  • 1. How do I track the status of my order?
    To track your order status: Desktop/Laptop: At the top of the website, you will see the "Track Order" option. Mobile: Click on the three-line menu icon and select "Track Order."   • 2. When and how can I modify or cancel an order?
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, while it is still in the processing stage. To modify an order, please contact customer support.
  • 3. Why was my order or item(s) canceled?
    Your order or part of your order may be canceled for several reasons, such as: Issues with verifying your payment details. The item(s) may have gone out of stock. Delivery restrictions in your area. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. You will not be charged for any canceled items. An email will be sent to explain the reason for the cancellation.
  • 4. What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address?
    If you entered an incorrect delivery address for an online payment order, a fine of ₹100 will be applied.
  • 5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
    No, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on the VGBazaar website due to issues with unknown and spam orders. We only accept online payments. However, if you need to place a COD order, you can do so on Amazon or Flipkart, where VGBazaar products are also available. Please note- You will lose out on exclusive offers and discounts available only on the VGBazaar website.
