Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
At VGBazaar, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products that meet their expectations. Our policies for cancellations, returns, and refunds are outlined below.
Returns & Replacements
We take pride in providing customers with the best quality products, carefully tested and inspected before dispatch. However, in the event of any manufacturing defect or damage during transit, customers are entitled to a replacement.

An exchange request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

Customers must provide valid proof of damage, including photos and/or a short video showcasing the defect.

Once the product is received by us, it will undergo an inspection procedure to confirm that it is eligible for replacement.

If all conditions are met, the replacement product will be shipped within 10-12 working days.

The replacement order value must be equal to or higher than the returned order.

Partial returns/exchanges of an order are not allowed.
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

No return, refund, or replacement request will be entertained if the claim is raised after 7 days of delivery.

No return, refund, or replacement will be accepted if the product is delivered as per the order and in undamaged condition.

Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charges are non-refundable.

VG Bazaar reserves the right to accept or reject any return request at its sole discretion.
Cancellations
VGBazaar holds the right to fulfill, put on hold, or cancel any order if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing inaccuracies or stock unavailability. If additional verification is required before processing an order, we may contact the customer.

If an order is canceled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Any promotional voucher used for the canceled order may not be refunded.

In case of suspected fraudulent transactions, VG Bazaar reserves the right to report to law enforcement authorities.

Customers may cancel their order within 24-48 hours of placing it. If the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

If an order is canceled after dispatch, a deduction of ₹70 will be applied before processing the refund.

If VG Bazaar cancels an order for any reason, the full amount will be refunded if paid online.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in cases where the customer has received a damaged product and has submitted required proof.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

The refund process may take 7-12 working days after verification of the returned item.
