Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped via Shiprocket, a third-party logistics platform. A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping company, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

  • All orders come with free shipping within India.

  • We do not charge extra for standard delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on the VGBazaar website due to the high number of spam and unknown orders. We accept only prepaid orders through online payment methods.

  • However, if you wish to place a COD order, you can do so through our partnered platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Jiomart, where our products are also available.

  • Please note that exclusive offers and discounts available on the VGBazaar website may not be applicable when purchasing through third-party platforms.

  • If COD is activated in the future, a Rs. 65 advance payment will be required before processing the order, with the remaining amount payable through the COD method.

Customer Responsibility & Non-Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the provided shipping address.

  • If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, it will be considered a failed attempt, and any additional reattempt charges may be applicable.

  • If the product is returned to us due to the customer’s unavailability, the customer will need to bear the reshipping cost.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders confirmed on our website are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Orders received on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods such as festivals or promotional events, shipping times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification containing your tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link or by logging into your VGBazaar account.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a replacement or refund, please provide the following details:

    • Clear images of the damaged product

    • A short video showing the defect/damage

    • Invoice copy (image/PDF)

  • Send these details to us via WhatsApp, email, or call for verification and processing.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-12 working days after approval.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24-48 hours after placing them.

  • If the cancellation request is made after dispatch, a Rs. 70 deduction will apply from the refund amount.

  • If you wish to return an order due to any reason other than damage, please note that we do not offer return or replacement for non-damaged items.

  • If an order is canceled by VGBazaar for any reason, the full amount will be refunded if payment was made online.
